Dano had uncredited roles in several films before starring in the TV series The Montefuscos in 1975. She is best known for her role as Felicia in the soap opera Another World, which earned her a Daytime Emmy Award in 1993. Dano has also been nominated for six Emmy Awards and three Soap Opera Digest Awards.
